Seetha Menon is a Max Weber Fellow in the Economics department. Her research explores differences in return migration expectations amongst first-generation ethnic minority migrants in the UK and UAE. Caterina Guidi is a Research Associate at the Global Governance Programme, Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the University of Siena and coordinator of the EUI Refugee Initiative (2016-onward). Finally, Ileana Nicolau is a second year PhD researcher in the SPS department, studying internally displaced people from an international relations perspective.
